Your role and what it unlocks
Why this matters: The intranet shows different people different things. What you can open is decided by your role — so if a tool is missing, it's usually a permission setting, not a bug.
Every staff member is assigned one role. Roles are layered: a higher role can see everything the roles below it can, plus its own area. A new marketing team member is normally set to Marketing.
The role ladder

| 4 · Purchasing | Pricing Intelligence and the KODAK Sales analysis. |
| 5 · Senior Ops | Wider operations visibility. |
| 6 · Management | Management-only dashboards (e.g. Hetras Distribution). |
| 7 · Finance | Finance and expense approval surfaces. |
| 8 · Admin | Everything — including assigning roles to other staff. |
These are the usual mappings; exact access can shift as tools are added or retired.
"I can't see a tool I need"
If a card or page is hidden, or you get an access message, that's role-gating — not a fault. Ask an admin (Chrissie) to check or raise your role rather than assuming it's broken.
你的角色及對應權限
為何重要： Intranet 會因應不同人顯示不同內容。你能開啟甚麼，由你的角色決定 —— 所以若某個工具看不到，通常是權限設定，而不是故障。
每位同事都會獲指派一個角色。角色是分層的：較高的角色能看到所有較低角色的內容，再加上自己的範圍。新加入的 Marketing 同事一般會設定為 Marketing 。

「我看不到需要用的工具」
若某張卡片或頁面隱藏了，或彈出沒有權限的訊息，那是角色限制 —— 並非故障。請聯絡管理員（ Chrissie ）檢查或提升你的角色，不要自行假設是系統壞了。
