How to log in
Why this matters: The intranet is staff-only. Access is tied to your
@newnationhk.com Google account — there is no separate username or password to remember.Signing in
- Go to home.newnationhk.com (bookmark it).
- You'll hit the company sign-in screen. Choose Sign in with Google.
- Pick your
@newnationhk.comaccount. A personal Gmail will not work. - You land on the homepage. The intranet quietly exchanges your Google login for a secure session — there's no second password step.
- Top-right you'll see your name and role. The arrow icon next to it signs you out.
Staying signed in
You stay logged in within the same browser. If your session expires, you'll be sent back to the sign-in screen — sign in again and the intranet returns you to the page you were trying to reach.
If something goes wrong
"It says I'm not authorised / I have no role."
You're signed in, but no role has been assigned to your email yet. Ask an admin (Chrissie) to add you to the role list. See Your role.
"It won't accept my Google account."
You're probably signed into a personal Gmail. Use your
@newnationhk.com account — switch account on the Google screen, or open a separate Chrome profile for work."The page is blank or stuck."
The session check didn't finish loading. Refresh once; if it persists, sign out (the arrow icon, top-right) and sign back in.
登入方法
為何重要： Intranet 只供員工使用。登入權限綁定你的
@newnationhk.com Google 帳戶 —— 不需要另外記一組用戶名稱或密碼。登入步驟
- 前往 home.newnationhk.com （建議加入書籤）。
- 系統會顯示公司登入畫面，選擇 Sign in with Google 。
- 選用你的
@newnationhk.com帳戶。個人 Gmail 不能登入。 - 之後便進入主頁。 Intranet 會自動把你的 Google 登入換成安全工作階段 —— 不需要再輸入第二組密碼。
- 右上角會顯示你的姓名與角色，旁邊的箭嘴圖示就是登出按鈕。
保持登入
在同一個瀏覽器內，你會維持登入狀態。若工作階段過期，系統會把你帶回登入畫面 —— 重新登入後， Intranet 會自動帶你回到原本想開啟的頁面。
遇到問題時
「顯示我未獲授權／沒有角色。」
你已成功登入，但系統尚未為你的電郵指定角色。請聯絡管理員（ Chrissie ）把你加入角色名單。詳見 你的角色。
「無法接受我的 Google 帳戶。」
你很可能登入了個人 Gmail 。請改用
@newnationhk.com 帳戶 —— 在 Google 畫面切換帳戶，或為工作另開一個 Chrome 設定檔。「頁面空白或卡住。」
是工作階段驗證未完成載入。先重新整理一次；若仍然不行，按右上角箭嘴圖示登出，再重新登入。
